After initially working in the public sector I went on to join a technology consultancy company. Here I spent four happy years learning about this sector and its personnel needs. My next career step was to join a recruitment company where I gained significant experience working with major companies. Seven years later, in 2011, EC Resourcing Ltd was founded when I realised the ambition of having my own recruitment company.
After studying law as an undergraduate I went on to successfully complete a masters degree in social policy. Since then I have gained fifteen years’ experience in retail management working with a major national company. I was delighted to join EC Resourcing as office manager in 2015.
The office facilities are created out of spaces that were once used for the day-to-day running of the Officers’ Mess, now a Grade II listed building, part of the historic Duxford Airfield in South Cambridgeshire. Many of the historic features have been preserved and restored allowing indulgence in some nostalgia for the past while enjoying the benefits of the very latest office fittings.
