Our client, based in Cambridge, is looking for an Associate Programme Support Officer.
In this role you will provide outstanding project and administration support across a number of research programmes. You will provide a range of administrative, and project management, support to the Programme Support Office and work alongside the Programme Support Officers working on a large number of concurrent research projects. This role will suit candidates who have an interest in developing their project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have proven competency working in an administrative support role within complex and fast moving project environments. A background in professional services or research would be beneficial but is not essential. Candidates must have experience of working in system data entry and must have business administration experience (minimum of 2-3 years). Experience working in a project-based environment, preferably in a SME environment, is essential. Previous experience working in professional services or research environments is desirable. Candidates will need strong communication skills (written and verbal) and must have excellent IT skills. Candidates will need to demonstrate well- developed organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage pressure from multiple deadlines. This role requires the ability to coordinate document management processes and reporting.
