Our client, based near Cambridge, is looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team, to provide essential administrative support.
Job Description
This is a full time, office-based role, working in a busy environment with a lovely team that values collaboration.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact, welcoming visitors and answering the telephone
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms, organising catering and refreshments
- Weekly health and safety checks
- Organising and monitoring a proactive IT, stationery, and consumables system
- Providing general office and administrative support across the team.
Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience to be suitable for the role:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Previous experience of working in a small admin team
- English and Maths GCSE (minimum)
- A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
