Our client, a global market leader in energy data management based in South Cambridge, is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their growing team.

Job Description

Working in the Account Management team, the Client Services Administrator will be the main point of contact for all clients. Primary activities will include: entering, maintaining and controlling data for customers and their suppliers; working with suppliers and clients to ensure that billing is in line with contracts; and processing the bills.

Duties & Responsibilities


Candidates will need the ability to work accurately and with good attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, alongside an in-depth knowledge of Excel. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills are required and candidates will need to be highly organised with a passion for problem solving.
