Our client, a technical consultancy based in North Cambridge, is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
The CRM system and sales support administrator would take ownership of the CRM system, develop it further, and then lead training on its effective use within the organisation. You would be responsible for all aspects of the CRM system and would work closely with the operations manager, business development team, and all users of this important focal point in the business. In addition, you would be a key member of the sales team, helping business developers and consultants with tasks and administration.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a system administrator; they will have high accuracy of CRM databases, including all aspects of import/export, and regular report and dashboard creation and customisation. It is preferable that candidates have direct experience working with Workbooks CRM system but this is not essential. It is a requirement that candidates have previous experience of delivering training on CRM systems. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of attention and detail and must have experience using Advanced Excel (spreadsheets using pivot tables, VBA/macros). It is essential to be organised and efficient, with a desire to help colleagues and clients. The offices are based in a beautiful rural location close to Cambridge, and as such it would be beneficial to have your own transport.
