Our client, a technical consultancy based in North Cambridge, is looking for an experienced Systems and Operations specialist to join their team.
In this role as CRM Systems Specialist, you will be our client’s business systems champion, responsible for all aspects of their CRM system and its applications. You will take ownership of their Workbooks CRM system: develop it further, ensure integration with other Company Business Systems, lead training, and ensure its effective use within the organisation. In addition, you will also be a key member of the sales team, helping the business developers and consultants with tasks such as creating performance reports. This is a broad and varied role working closely with the operations manager, business development team, and all users of this important focal point in the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Extensive training will be provided on all aspects of the Workbooks CRM system and all other business systems; previous experience using Workbooks CRM system would be preferable. Candidates will need to have extensive experience as systems administrators of CRM databases, including all aspects of import/export, and regular report and dashboards creation and customisation. It is essential that candidates are IT savvy with extensive experience of different software packages; advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including spreadsheets using pivot tables, VBA / macros is essential. Candidates must have previous experience of delivering training of CRM systems and must be able to work with a high attention to detail. The offices are based in a beautiful rural location close to Cambridge; having your own transport would be beneficial.
