Job Description

Our client, a technology and product development consultancy based in North Cambridge, is looking for an Operations Coordinator to work with their project teams assisting with operations duties (including Goods In/Out, reporting, resource planning and systems and procedures). This is a growing role within the business and an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to learn new skills and shape this role into their own. You will be a team player and support all company departments and teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

This role requires high levels of attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple activities. You will need to be flexible in your approach in order to deal with changes in priority and must work with a high level of organisation. Candidates will ideally need to be degree educated in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or Science. Previous experience in project and resource planning is essential (experience updating Gantt charts would be beneficial). Candidates must have minute taking and computer literacy skills, and action tracking and project risk management experience is desirable. Previous experience in a technical services or engineering environment is preferable, in particular medical devices, and previous experience of working within an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management system would be advantageous. Due to the rural location it would be beneficial for candidates to have their own transport.
