Our client, a leading consulting and technology firm based near Royston, is looking for an experienced Team Secretary.
Primarily the role will involve providing support to two Partners, in addition to assisting the Training department in the day-to-day running of the training capability and its onsite facility. Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple complex activities under time pressure are essential.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise and experience in a business support role. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to apply a structured and organised approach to managing a workload under pressure. Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written) is essential in this role and candidates will need to be confident working both autonomously and as part of a large team. Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is imperative in this role. Previous experience of working for an organisation where client activities are the priority would be extremely beneficial. Candidates must have the ability to manage processes from start to successful completion, taking full ownership to drive things through, and must be able to demonstrate key personal attributes such as accuracy, initiative, proactivity, flexibility, common sense and discretion.
